There are two methods in which you can accept your leads:
- On the lead email notification you received, you should see a blue button that says "Accept this Lead". Once you click on the blue button, another window will open with the contact information shown. (NOTE: If you do not see the blue button, make sure you are viewing your email in HTML format and that all pictures and/or links are showing.)
- In your Agent Dashboard, under the 'Leads' feature you can run a search for accepted or pending leads within a specific date range. For pending leads, click on the lead number to accept the lead, or you may choose to use the check boxes to accept multiple leads at once.
