When you first search, we recommend that you DON'T enter any search criteria other than the state/county or city/zip code. Don't enter a price range, beds or baths range or recording date range. Sometimes our data sources don't find a price estimate or number of bedrooms and bathrooms when they aggregate the information from public records, so it's important to search broadly to ensure your see all the properties in the area you are searching. If you receive too many search results, you can always go back and narrow your search criteria.
Subscribers can view the Foreclosure History section on any pre-foreclosure, auction or bank-owned Property Details page to view a list of data records RealtyTrac has for that property. Other data records may have more details about the property that were not on the original Property Details page. Subscribers can use this tool to check if previous foreclosure notices have been filed and if more than one lender is foreclosing on the property.
