What do I do if I'm having trouble signing into my RealtyTrac account?

If you can't sign in because you've forgotten your password, then you can reset your password. Simply click the Forgot Password link on the page or widget where you normally log in. You will be required to provide the email address you used to create your account in order to reset your password. Follow the flow of resetting your password.

If you can't log in because you've forgotten your username, then please call customer support for help at 800-550-4896.

If you continue to have problems, here are some other suggestions:

Check your internet settings. You will usually need to enable cookies and set your privacy settings to Medium so that RealtyTrac can recognize your login information. For more details on Internet settings, click the link below. 

What is wrong if I am prompted to login again every time I try to login? 

Check your firewall. If you have a firewall installed on your computer, you may need to adjust your firewall settings to allow greater access to the RealtyTrac website.
