What is wrong if I am prompted to login over and over again?
Sometimes the privacy settings on your Internet browser can cause your login not to "take" even though you are an active subscriber with RealtyTrac.
To adjust the privacy settings on Internet Explorer so you can log in successfully, just click on "Tools" on the toolbar of your browser, then on "Internet Options." Then click on the "Privacy" tab and then on the button that says "Default."
If that doesn't seem to work, go under Tools, Internet Options and Privacy Settings described above and under Web sites, click "Edit," type in "realtytrac.com" under "Address of Web site" and then click on "Allow" and OK out of the Internet Options.
