How do I change my email or password?

First, you must access Account Details. To do so:

1. Log in with your current Username and Password. Forgot your password?

2. From My RealtyTrac, click on the Account Info & Email Alerts link, which is located at the left side of the page. 

Once you are in Account Details:

1. Click the "Change" link to the right of your email address or password. Your current account details for that area of information will be displayed.

2. Modify the details you wish to change and click the Change button. The page will display a message confirming the change.

Be assured that RealtyTrac values your privacy. Any information entered on the page is kept secure and encrypted. And if you update your credit card information on this page, the full number will never again appear on this page or anywhere in our system. Only the last four digits of the card number will be displayed.
