How do I change my billing info?

First, you must access Account Details. To do so:

1. Log in with your current Username and Password. Forgot your password?

2. From My RealtyTrac, click on the "Account Info & Email Alerts " link, which is located at the left hand side of the screen.

Once you are in Account Details:

1. Click the "Change" link in the Billing Info section.Your current billing information will be displayed.

2. Modify the details you wish to change and click the Change button. The page will display a message confirming the change.

Be assured that RealtyTrac values your privacy. Any information entered on the page is kept secure and encrypted. And if you update your credit card information on this page, the full number will never again appear on this page or anywhere in our system. Only the last four digits of the card number will be displayed.
